Business Operations Analyst - 1391770

Cisco Talos is Cisco’s industry-leading threat intelligence team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, genuine, productive person to join our team as part of the Strategic Planning and Communications org within Talos.

• The business operations analyst will assist in day to day activities to help support the Cisco Talos business, Inputting purchase requisitions, maintaining compliance and having up-to-date knowledge on procurement policies.
• Managing a ticketing queue assigning to the responsible team members.
• Communicating within the organization on various business operations purchases (Software purchases, equipment purchases, etc.)
• Encouraging partnerships outside of the organization within the security finance team and other security business org.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Strategic, critical but creative problem solver with strong business sense.
• You are excited about working on a high-performance team passionate about accountability and meeting and going above and beyond.
• Well-developed teamwork, collaboration and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills by demonstrating an ability to communicate professionally.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Work independently, multitask and collaborate as a member of a team.
• Smartbuy and Jira knowledge a plus.
